Very sweet people! I was running behind and i called ahead and they were nice enough to work past closing time so i could come in and get flowers for my girls. Beautiful flowers! Will definitely be back

Great experience! Called long distance to have a plant/flowers put together and sent to our family. They were very helpful with ideas and sent a beautiful arrangement that I found online through the funeral home. They delivered when they said they would. Highly recommend.

I absolutely recommend lacys for all of your flower needs. The arrangements she made for my dad's memorial were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. She took a picture I showed her and said she would make them beautiful and she did just that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around..

I always am ordering flowers for my wife, my mom, and my mother in law from Lacy's! They always give me the top notch service when it comes to florists in this area. Every arrangement has been extremely intricate and beautifully done. I am beyond impressed and thankful to have this shop in my town. You can clearly see the love that is put into each piece. Best in West Frankfort!!!

This was the first time ordering from Lacy’s. We live out of state. The order was not exactly how we expected it to be. It was a funeral arrangement for a very special family friend. However, after viewing the photo sent, and discussing dissatisfaction, this company stepped up and cancelled the order, no questions asked. She was very understanding and did the right thing. This is the reason for 5 stars. More companies like this should practice customer satisfaction, this company is top notch. Hoping to never have to send another arrangement, but if the need arises, we will call on them for services.

I’ve been ordering from Lacy’s in West Frankfort for years and they never fail to get the most thoughtful and beautiful arrangements for me. The florists there are so incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I love going in to pick up because they even have a beautiful indoor plant wall!!!!! Always the best for Lacy’s Flowers!!!
